Fumerie Parfumerie

If you can work in a location and with a client that always smells amazing, that’s a great start! This happens to be one of my favorite project types – helping someone realize and execute their entrepreneurial dream.  Tracy Tsefalas has a gorgeous perfume boutique in the hot SE Division shopping district, and she carries exclusive, rare, independent perfumes from all over the world. You won’t find these at Nordstrom and you won’t find Jo Malone at Fumerie!

Kicking off the brand identity with a striking logo and creative direction for Fumerie’s look & feel, Mathieu from TBIB Creative (and frequent LHK collaborator!) set the foundation for a very cool launch. The shop is like an old world salon with a perfume bar,  serving up scent explorations, samples and education. We had to get the word out that Fumerie was there, and why it was special – this was very luxe and not mainstream.  We lined up press hits, a comprehensive social media campaign, an aggressive list-building newsletter strategy and regular promotions with contests and events. I am so proud of Tracy and her manager Andre’ because they took every bit of coaching and nailed it!
